You may return goods by return mail (at your expense) within 7 days of receipt. Goods must be in original packaging, unused and in saleable condition. Purchases must only be returned to the address below and must include a copy of the invoice sent with the goods.

Items on special or items we have especially ordered in will have a credit note issued to you. For all other items, we will be pleased to arrange your refund to the credit card processed on the order. A 20% re-stocking fee will be charged and the original postage/packing charges will be deducted from the refund/credit note unless we have made an error.
